College
So I recently started school at a community college! I am pursuing an Associates in Art degree in Video for Multimedia and plan to finish in two years. I hate the idea of paying thousands of dollars for some snotty film school, so none of that bullshit for me!! Hopefully I can get a job soon after I'm done in something like editing or motion graphics, but if not I'll practice my film-making while I go job hunting! 2-D design is at 9:30 am, ohhhhh boy!! Expect some cool post now that I'll get to improve my artistic skills. Wish me luck!

KFC Lizard Chicks
Hey guys, here's my very first attempt at Photoshop. I made this in September and was inspired by an obscure urban legend that I saw on an old TLC show that says KFC uses mutant, six-legged chickens. I just googled a picture of chicks and lizard snouts and smudged the edges of my cutout lizard snouts. The font used is the Mars Attacks font. And here's a link to the TLC show, Mostly True Stories: Urban
Legends Revealed. This show still creeps me out to this day!
Check it out and you'll see why as well.

Plan 9 from Outer Space Remake!!
Great news for any scifi nerds, especially die hard Ed Wood fans! An indie film company, Darkstone Entertainment, has taken on the challenge of devoutly recreating Ed Wood's classic Plan 9 from Outer Space. Simply titled Plan 9 and directed by John Johnson (Tor Johnson anyone?) it is a homage to the spirit of Wood's films and his vision. Johnson said that it is his intention to make this a serious remake of Wood's story and will not rely on parody. The film started production in September of 09 and is still being completed. One slight difference is that instead of resurrected dead, they use zombies! It's a dream come true!! The most notable actor, Mr. Lobo, is playing Criswell which makes me wonder if they will include the beautiful Vampira's character in it. Check out Plan 9's website for updates! And make sure to visit Mr. Lobo's site to see his work with Cinema Insomnia. Wish it goes well Darkstone Entertainment!
"Even if Eddie was a little off in his filmmaking skills, you cannot deny his passion. I feel a strong camaraderie for the man and his work, and hope that I can make a film that would be as loved by audiences today as the original was for his generation. Only this time with its true intention." -John Johnson
